Reviewed and approved by @phipag. Bump of soupsieve (2.6 to 2.8.4), a docs-toolchain-only transitive dependency. New pseudo-selectors and minor fixes, no CVEs. Hashes verified against PyPI. Affects docs build tooling only. All CI green.
